We recognize and support the need to protect your privacy as a visitor to this website. One Eyed Productions will not use any personal information that we have received from you, including your email address, for any purpose other than the purpose you have requested. We will email you with news or relevant information only if you have made that request of us, and we will keep your information on file unless you request otherwise.

We will not sell or rent your information to others nor will we share your information with any third party.

One Eyed Productions' site contains links to other Internet sites, but because we do not control those sites this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.

For video customers
   All original videotape footage and other materials will be returned to you. Digital images, used for editing purposes, will be kept by us for a period of 6 months, in case changes need to be made/fixed. After 6 months, these files will be deleted.

For website customers
   All original photos and video files will be returned to you or deleted once the website design has been finalized. Unless you have requested for us to continually manage your site, all files will be kept by us for a period of 6 months, in case changes need to be made/fixed. After 6 months, these files will be deleted. If we are hired to maintain your site, copies of the files will be kept by us until the termination of our agreement.
